The breakfast is plentiful and very very good with a wide range of options. The setting is great, next to Port Arthur/Beaumont and major stores and shopping areas. Thank you very much, I would absolutely stay here again; I really enjoyed this place.

I try to pick Hampton inn when I travel.The beds are always so comfortable. The room are very nice and I am never disappointed

There was no coffee when I came down for breakfast at 8 am 2 days in a row. This is very disappointing at breakfast. I had to go to an outside facility for my coffee. The worst thing was that I was charged for my stay twice and as of 4 days later it is still not refunded to my account. After calling customer service I find they still have another 72 hours to respond. This was mistake made by their staff. Mind you I couldn't even get a receipt for what I paid. This hotel sits by other nice hotels. In the future when I return to PortArthur I will stay at one of them.

My room was large and very nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The decor was comfortable. The hotel was well-kept and special and in a central location.

Clean, small hotel, I greatly enjoyed large rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. Units with comfortable beds. The location was marvellous and quiet - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. Also, Central Mall was 1 mile away.

The rooms were recently renovated with new furniture and art, making them feel fresh and inviting. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, giving me peace of mind during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a park and waterfront just a short walk away.

The mini muffins were dried out and the bagels were hard. The meat option was not what I expected and the cheese omelet was not even warm.

The location here is awesome and peaceful, plus it's pretty close to Central Mall. The staff are super friendly and efficient, they really took care of me during my stay. 😊 Thank you for the great service!

I loved the location of this hotel - it's next to a park, Central Mall, restaurants, and major stores in Port Arthur, Texas.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Olivia at the front desk. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a problem with the TV, but it was promptly fixed by the night clerk. Despite undergoing repairs from Hurricane Harvey, there was no construction noise and the hotel made sure we were well taken care of.
